From Inner Knowing to Embodied Channel

I have spent much of my life exploring one question:

What is actually creating the human experience we are having?

The Answers Are Within

It started before I had a name for any of it.

At seven years old, I heard a voice say:

The answers are within.

I didn’t understand what that meant then, but the question has followed me throughout my life.

Years later, that search took me to the Australian outback and eventually, following a vision, to Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand. I studied natural medicine and opened Orion Therapies in 2010.

But my education was never only clinical.

Alongside naturopathy and herbal medicine came meditation, energy work, clairvoyance, intuitive development and years of exploring my own inner world.

For a long time, these could have looked like separate interests or modalities.

Over time, I began to see that they weren’t separate at all.

Where Body and Soul Meet

I have come to perceive us as light beings having a human experience. Much of my work has been an exploration of the relationship between our spiritual nature and human experience.

The body. The nervous system. The glandular system. Consciousness. Energy. Emotion. Intuition. Soul.

For me, the journey is about learning to live from the soul first, while listening to what the body and our human experience are showing us.

Your body senses what your soul already knows?

My clinical training taught me to understand the physical body. Clairvoyance and intuitive work opened another way of perceiving.

What became increasingly interesting to me was not choosing between the clinical and the spiritual, but understanding the relationship between them.

How does consciousness shape our experience and our lives?

What does the body reveal that the conscious mind hasn’t yet recognised?

I draw on different ways of seeing depending on the person in front of me: through the body, patterns, intuition, energy and conversation.

My role isn’t to tell you who you are or what you should believe.

It is to help you understand yourself more deeply, strengthen the relationship you have with yourself, and learn to love and honour who you are.

That relationship continues to deepen and evolve as you do.
